VPDRE is the largest and only onsite rental agency in Victoria Point. Therefore as VPDRE is located on-site all enquiries are attended to immediately at the convenience of the front office.   Victoria Point Docklands Real Estate currently have minimal properties available for rent in our rental pool, therefore are in desperate need of more properties. VPDRE staff are turning a vast number of rental properties with letting approximately a property or two a day, as well as turning potential tenants away of the same. The skillfull team at VPDRE will rent your property professionally and legislatively as well as complete all leasing procedures and requirements before a tenant is located; during the tenancy and after the tenancy.  

The responsibilities VPDRE will take care of include: 

  • Rental enquiries portraing your property
  • Inspections conducted and accompanied by VPDRE staff for potential tenants
  • Application approvals in respect to strict approval procedures (inclusive of rental and employment history)
  • VPDRE will consult you, as the landlord with successful applicant(s) for your approval
  • All legislative lease documentation will be drawn up and signed on your behalf
  • A copy of a the lease will be sent too you for your information
  • Regular inspections on your property will be conducted by the property manager
  • VPDRE will ensure that your tenant(s) are abiding by the lease agreement and house rules to maintain your investment
  • Maintenance and/or repairs will be dealt with immediately

We have a proactive approach to tenanting your apartment which has proven to build positive relationships with owners and tenants of Victoria Point. We document and can report everything that happens with your property. VPDRE get to know your tenant due to our unique location in the building foyer and create a friendly atmosphere and a good relationship which results in tenants willing to prolong their residency. We currently have a waiting list of approved applicants looking for long term rental agreements. We are currently experiencing a migration of tenants currently residing at Victoria Point under outside management on our waiting list due to the superior service that they have perceived is experienced by being managed by Victoria Point Real Estate.
