Before logging your Maintenance Request please click here to view our Maintenance Checklist first to avoid any unnecessary call outs.
Be specific with your instructions: eg. The toilet’s leaking! Where and when does it leak? Is it cracked? Is it leaking from the rubber seal or from a tap?
Leaking bathroom sink – is it in the ensuite or main bathroom?
The owner will be advised and the relevant tradesperson contacted as soon as possible. Where there’s any delay we’ll keep you informed.
We’re not able to organize appointments with contractors and they can advise an approximate time of attendance only. You’re entitled to be present but having them use the spare keys is the quickest way to have the repair is attended to. If your access arrangements for a tradesperson are not kept by you, you’ll be required to pay any additional callout fee.

Repairs attributable to tenants’ actions will be charged to the tenant.
